Congratulations to Penn State University’s ITE student chapter, who won the 2014 Mid-Colonial District Traffic Bowl, held on April 9th in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Penn State won their third straight district traffic bowl, and will now advance to make their third appearance in the ITE Traffic Bowl Grand Championship in Seattle Washington, USA.
