Recognizing the importance of engaging students and young professionals early in their careers, and understanding the positive impact these groups can have on the transportation profession, ITE established a Student to Younger Member (S2YM) Task Force to identify opportunities to enhance support for students and younger members and facilitate this transition. As part of the Task Force's initiatives, they have collaborated with ITE’s Women in ITE Committee Force to assist students and young professionals navigating the beginning stages of careers in transportation.
