On Tuesday, October 27, attendees at the ITE 2015 Fall Conference in Tucson will have the opportunity to engage in a hands-on demonstration including a controlled review and use of software tools to assist in applying the Highway Safety Manual (HSM). This demonstration follows an introduction to the HSM and is part of a workshop which address concepts of quantitative highway safety evaluation and analysis.
