Attached is an RFP that the City of Mount Vernon would like a qualified consultant to assist with. The RFP is for a consultant to conduct a citywide mobility study on behalf of the city. This mobility study will provide strategies and recommendations that will improve the efficiency of the City's transportation network. The deadline is December 2, 2011 no later than 4:00pm.
