Meet me in St. Louis, Louis! Meet me at the fair,

Take my tip and don't stop running until you are there

So went the song from 1904.  And now, ITE is comin’ to town!  Please join me August 13–16 in St. Louis, Missouri for the ITE 2011 Annual Meeting and Exhibit. This meeting provides a great opportunity for you to hone your skills and make new contacts in innovative and collaborative ways. By attending this meeting, you can:

  • Turn knowledge into real-life solutions with training seminars. We’ve added seminars led by expert instructors directly into the program— and they are FREE to all full registrants.  This is a great chance for you or your staff to get specific knowledge on important topics.
  • Earn 17 or more Professional Development Hours.  We’re providing a variety of session types – traditional technical sessions, meet-the-author sessions, conversation circles, seminars, plenary sessions, workshops and technical tours.
  • See real-world applications by participating in technical tours focusing on roundabouts, innovative intersections and streetscapes;
  • Network and collaborate with your peers.  An ITE hallmark has always been to provide fun and stress-free environments to start and strengthen professional relationships during networking breaks, social functions and discussion sessions.  The St. Louis meeting will carry on this tradition. Come take a trip on Route 66!
  • Discover a city rooted in transportation by exploring St. Louis, the gateway to the west.  Perhaps you will want to visit its world-class Museum of Transportation, take in a baseball game, ride the Metrolink light rail, or visit the Gateway Arch and Museum of Westward Expansion.
  • Take advantage of Discounts:
  • Register by July 15 for savings of up to $100/person.
  • Register three or more employees at once and receive 20% off registration fees.
  • ITE Affiliated Government Agency Members receive 10% off and can use their annual ITE scrip towards registration fees.
For more information on how you can save on registration, please e-mail Sallie Dollins.

I look forward to seeing you in St. Louis!
