This year’s theme “Expand Our Horizons-Change. Challenge. Opportunity.” represents the transformation our profession is facing. This meeting will bring both national and international perspectives while tapping into the wealth of transportation innovation present in California. The ITE 2016 Annual Meeting & Exhibit seeks to accomplish three objectives:
1. Offer a glimpse of the future – what needs to be on one’s radar or what may be closer than one thinks to becoming a reality - and what attendees need to know to prepare today
2. Provide the opportunity to acquire new skills and tools and refresh existing ones. Attendees will leave with a toolkit full of new items that can help them do their job keeping transportation moving.
3. Deliver access to the critical capabilities (e.g., communicating effectively, building a professional brand) required to develop into a leader in the transportation profession.
Ultimately, ITE’s goal is to have attendees leave Anaheim feeling energized and renewed in order to successfully achieve their current responsibilities, to meet their most daunting challenges, and to seek out new endeavors. And we are looking for people like you to make it happen!
