1) Identify social media tools and their potential role in a communication strategy for transportation projects.
2) Define objectives and benefits of using social media to promote, advocate for, and support communications for transportation projects.
3) Identify various audiences, stakeholders, partners, local businesses, residents, and the general public in terms of their needs and use of social media.
