Your Annual Meeting To Do List

Before you leave
  • Review the schedule-at-a-glance. Though there's no need to commit to any sessions now, this will give you an idea of which sessions you don't want to miss.
  • Pack your business cards. This is a great opportunity to network, after all.
  • Decide if you're more beatnik or sock-hop.  While it's not mandatory, we encourage you to dress the part as we travel back to a time of tailfins, drive-ins and saddle shoes for the Celebration on America's Highway-Rt. 66 Reception on Sunday night.
When you arrive
  • Pick up your registration packet. Registration is located on Level One of the America's Center, just across the street from the Renaissance St. Louis Grand. We suggest you pick up your packet as soon as you arrive to avoid long lines on Sunday. For registration hours, click here.
  • Check out the city. If you have time before the meeting gets fully underway, take some time to get familiar with everything St. Louis has to offer.
  • Exhibitors- start setting up. Set up starts at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday. Remember, the sooner you finish, the sooner you can start enjoying the city. For complete hours, click here.
While you're there
  • Attend innovative sessions like the "Transit Priority Treatments on Urban Streets" session and follow-up conversation circle on Sunday, and the product training and poster sessions on Monday. And, you wouldn't want to miss the opening session featuring Major General Gregory E. Couch or Tuesday's plenary, "Managing Organizations in Challenging Times."
  • Eat, drink and be merry. If you have a full registration lunches on Sunday and Monday, and the Rt. 66 reception are all included. Your tickets will be included with your registration packet.
  • Don't have a full registration? You can still purchase tickets for lunches and the reception on site until noon, the day before the event.
