Becky Rogers, P.E., PTP, RSP1 is a senior project manager at Neel-Schaffer, Inc in Birmingham, Alabama.

I was fortunate enough to get to know Becky Rogers at the ITE Southern District meeting in Mobile, Alabama in 2018 and she is a consummate ITE member. She is a person with great drive and takes the lead on many activities in our industry and her community. After completing a Civil Engineering degree and a Master of Community Planning at Auburn she started with ITE. She leads with a humble spirit and quickly established herself as a servant leader personality on committees and leadership and currently is the Vice President of the Southern District. Becky was an inaugural class LeadershipITE graduate. She will be their President and gracious host to us all in New Orleans August 2020.

When I talk with Becky it is like talking to my closest friend. She listens, is kind, passionate and is able to quickly see needs and take action. Her availability is amazing and is always ready to lead and serve, making ITE a part of a balanced set of priorities. She advanced training developed by the ITE Southern District for the Alabama DOT which they have since adopted as common practice. She is passionate about safe teen driving (SALTEENS) and was chatting with me about what we can do about distracted driving to make our highways safer. When you all come to New Orleans this August you can meet her and talk about her love for travel, hiking, canoeing and how she plays in the community band. She shapes her community.
