A reminder that the deadline for submissions for the call for abstracts for the ITE International and Midwestern/Great Lakes Districts Annual Meeting and Exhibit is next Friday, December 1.
There is not another conference like the ITE Annual Meeting and Exhibit. It is the one place where you will hear expert commentary, compelling presentations, and peer discussion of various aspects of the critical issues facing transportation professionals today. This conference brings together traditional thought with current perspectives and future forecasts and trends. ITE also accommodates a multitude of learning styles (e.g., panel presentations, one-on-one engagement, conversation circles, and “get-out-and-experience” tours) all designed to enhance and enrich your experience.
ITE seeks abstracts that represent the broad range of issues that underlie transportation's vital role in building vibrant, livable, and healthy communities both directly and indirectly. In developing your abstract we encourage you to thoughtfully consider the theme and purpose of the meeting and shape your proposed presentation appropriately. An attendee needs to come away from your presentation with immediately applicable tools and/or skills or a clear vision on how what you presented will shape the future of transportation.
