The Opening Plenary Session at ITE's Fall 2015 Conference in Tucson, AZ will focus on a strategic view on how the transportation industry needs to and is adapting to growing trends in community, land use, recreation, and technology. This session, titled "Beyond Traffic: Adapting to the Changing Expectations" will use the US Department of Transportation's 30 Year Framework as a backdrop for discussion.

Led by Jeff Paniati, incoming ITE Executive Director and CEO, the opening plenary session panel - including Regina Hopper, President & CEO, ITS America; King Gee, Director of Engineering and Technical Services, AASHTO; Jeff Lindley, Associate Administrator, Office of Operations, FHWA; and Neil Pedersen, Executive Director, Transportation Research Board - will share their perspectives and engage the audience in a lively and candid conversation on how the transportation industry is impacted by the aforementioned trends and what it will need to do to respond effectively.

Register for the ITE Fall Conference by September 26 to receive early bird registration savings. The deadline for the group rate at the conference hotel - the Westin La Paloma - is September 28.
