Engineers Move America

In April of this year,  the U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) hosted, Engineers Move America, a one-day conference in Washington, DC focused on the future of transportation. The audience included university, community college and high school students and faculty. The intent of the program was to provide the audience with a better understanding of transportation, what to expect in a university engineering program, and the mission and activities of the national organizations. The program included presentations by USDOT Operating Administrations, representatives from university schools of engineering and professional transportation associations. Videos of the presentations given at the event are available at http://www.fhwa.dot.gov/engineersmoveamerica/.
